Who artist be signed to?
Our artist Sophie would be signed to Capitol records. This is because they support new and up coming artists. There are artists like Ellie Goulding, Troye Sivan, Calum Scott and Tori Kelly.
Where to find our song...
Our song would be available for internet download but it would also be on soundcloud and spotify as those formats are easy to access for our audience. We would also release a vinyl record as vinyl is becoming popular and that would draw in our more indie audience members.
Major
Our artist would be signed to a Major label, Capitol records. This is because the label specialises in producing indie pop artists. We also wanted our audience to have the largest audience possible and Capitol have artists such as Ellie Goulding and Troye Sivan who have similar audiences to our artist Sophie.
