ChIP-seq/DNA-seq
- In ChIP-seq typically short single end reads of dsDNA.
- dsDNA single end sequencing means
- 5' will be sequenced on "+" strand
- 3' end will be on "-" strand.
- Although we only have partial sequence of strand.
- With predicted fragment length.
- "+" reads should extend only in positive direction
- "-" reads only in negative.
