Goal

Financial products can be perceived as a necessary evil for a lot of Americans.   It should not.

 

GloriFi Experience exists to help our clients to reach financial goals, as to reward their loyalty, through a gamified experience.

 

By also providing a competition component to the equation, our clients are also stimulated to get a step ahead on their GloriFi Experience journey.

 

 

Points & Status

Points and status-based loyalty programs are well-known and well-accepted systems.

(Points can be paired as cashback too)

 

GloriFi brings them with special twists:

  • A Game that helps your financial life;
  • Missions to reach Milestones;
  • Status that celebrates your evolution;
  • Benchmarking with others (same client's segment)

What you gain

Use point to:

  • Upgrade products;
  • Exchange for physical products & experiences (like travel, restaurant, etc);

 

Unlock benefits by the Status reached:

  • Discounts & better rates
  • Special Support Channel
  • Other IRL benefits & experiences.

Possibilities

How you get

  • You get points by completing tasks (acquiring, upgrading, cross-selling/upselling, referring users, etc)

 

  • You get badges and extra points by fulfilling special missions (a group of tasks)  

 

  • By accumulating certain quantities of points, you reach special GloriFi Status.

Tasks & Missions

Some qualified actions in GloriFi and its products, generate points, called Tasks

 

And Missions are groups of related Tasks that leads the user to reach a milestone, like:

  • e.g. Task: "Complete your account"
  • e.g. Mission: "Welcome Badge = 5 tasks: Open account, complete your account, etc."

To start, the tasks and missions are divided into 4 Groups:

  1. Profile
    • e.g.:KYC, Referral, etc
  2. Insurance Group
  3. Banking Group
  4. Mortgage Group

 

*New missions and tasks should be added constantly.

By completing the Missions, you collect Badges and get extra points for that.

 

Accumulated points, during a certain amount of time, lead to Status' upgrades.

 

Badges' examples:

  • "Welcome" (Profile)
  • "I'm safe" (Insurance)
  • "#1 Saver" (Banking)
  • "Sweet Home" (Mortgage)

 

Status examples:

  • Silver
  • Gold
  • Diamond

Badges & Status

The GloriFi Experience also brings the possibility to benchmark your progress to other clients progress.

 

Possibilities:

  • Comparing your points and badges collection to other members (by %)
    • W/same status
    • in the same group/demog.
    • Totality of users

Benchmarking 

  • When a status is reached, their benefits are applied automatically (discounts, rates, special support channel,  etc).

 

  • Gifts, by reaching a status, can also be sent to the client.

 

  • In the Program's Page (in the platform):
    • Points can be exchanged by products/experiences and
    • Some Status benefits can be "activated" without using points  (e.g.: discount in a restaurant)
