STEM education is a version of having practical exploration and it offers a range of cohesive learning environment. Additionally, it helps in expanding knowledge in the field of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics.

We need to do a much, much better job of ensuring that education programs are well-informed by and aligned with the needs of the modern workforce. The term “STEM education” cannot just mean the four S-T-E-M subjects, but must in fact represent the myriad of different fields and skills that are required by the best jobs in the global technological economy. If we want to keep up with our global competitors, we must set up our engagement in questions of STEM education policy. Roll up those sleeves, Congress. Our future depends on it.”

Many economists seem to agree that effectively educating the youngest generations in new scientific and technological advancements is the key for re-establishing, if not retaining, global industrial competitiveness, which Europe lost as a result of the industrial slowdowns and market erosions experienced during the recent economic crisis. But what is really the right path to regain European industrial leadership within the 2020 Horizon, or H2020 deadline?
