* Build the Tallest Freestanding Structure *
* The Entire Cork Must be on Top *
* Use as Much or Little of the Kit *
* The Challenge Lasts 18 MINUTES *
* Understand The Rules *
* Break up the Spaghetti, Tape, or String *
