You only get the 5% from your Level1's. And that is after the first 100PV is taken off of their total PV. So lets say they have 500PV. You will get 5% of 400PV= $20. Understand? You do not earn 5% or any percentage off of your other levels. You do make pay points on them though. Depending on what level you are.
