Coping Techniques


  • Get plenty of rest! Sleep is important for mental, physical, and emotional well-being.
  • Eat well. Nutrition and proper meals are important for your health.
  • Social support. Make sure you have a good network of friends and relatives who are able to be there for you.

My Method


  • Pursue hobbies which are important to you. My personal favorite pursuit is theatre. It's a good way to "get out of your head". Stress melts away when you're being someone else and on stage.
