Coping Techniques
- Get plenty of rest! Sleep is important for mental, physical, and emotional well-being.
- Eat well. Nutrition and proper meals are important for your health.
- Social support. Make sure you have a good network of friends and relatives who are able to be there for you.
My Method
- Pursue hobbies which are important to you. My personal favorite pursuit is theatre. It's a good way to "get out of your head". Stress melts away when you're being someone else and on stage.
