OUE Academic Advisor
HOW ADVISORS ARE ASSIGNED
Throughout your time in Emory College, you can schedule an appointment with your OUE Advisor(s) through the College Connect Hub (a system you will become very familiar with once you begin in the fall).
WHEN CAN I MEET WITH THIS ADVISOR?

OUE Advisors can assist students with:

course planning
-
degree progress
-
navigating challenges or concerns that may occur
-
providing referrals to appropriate campus partners to aid students in resolving concerns
All students in Emory College have access to OUE Academic Advisor(s) by citizenship and last name.
Major/Minor Faculty Advisor
After declaring a major or minor (you may do so as early as 2nd semester), your academic department will assign you a faculty advisor. This will be your official advisor of record up through graduation.
HOW ADVISORS ARE ASSIGNED
Once assigned, it is recommended that you meet with your advisor before each registration period.

navigating major/minor requirements

ensuring you are on track for graduation
You will be assigned an advisor for each Major/Minor you declare.
