The company has been established since 1997 and focused on innovative IT solutions supporting business processes of our clients.  We attach great importance to qualifications and quality of our solutions. The process of inquiry service

STEP 2 – THE ANALYSIS We are going to deeply analyze your inquiry: technological needs,   type of project, time of execution. While the information won't be complete, we organize   telephone interview/meeting which allows us to deeply recognize needs of sought specialist.

 

STEP 3 – EXECUTION OF JOB We start selection process of candidates, job interviews,     candidates appointments for technical and language skills verification.

STEP 4 – RECOMMENDATION OF CANDIDATES Recommendation of candidates to clients   in form of clear CV. Client on his own decide which candidate he will invite to job interview.

 

STEP 5 – MEETING WITH THE CANDIDATES We organize job interviews with chosen   candidates. Job interviews can take place in client's legal address or in IFIRMA SA's office.

 

STEP 6 – ORDER After determination of cooperation details, we sign up order which will     assess time of project execution, number of employees and their hourly rate (outsourcing   model). Chosen by our client candidate's employment, issue of an invoice with the date of   candidate's employment (recruitment model payment success fee). Coverage hired   employer with the warranty, summary recruitment project. IFIRMA SA gives feedback to   rejected candidates with word of thanks for taking part in recruitment process.

Execution time of recruitment project

  • First CV we deliver within 2-7 days after getting official instruction from you.
     
  • Candidate’s applications are sent systematically when the qualifications of potential applicants have been verified and their interest confirmed.
     
  • The beginning of cooperation with accepted by you candidates is dependent on decision making process in your company and the ability to engage in cooperation with chosen by you people (notice periods).
     
  • From our experience, we know that average time of winning the candidate over is dependent on profile's complexity, difficulty in winning they over, steps of recruitment,  job interview availability with candidate. Moreover, time is important concerning making final decision about employment of given candidate if it goes about client's side.

Rules of cooperation & budget

  • After offer acceptation we are willing to sign general contract which is the base of cooperation of recruitment and outsourcing IT specialists.
  • Particular orders on employee search are done on the ground of order form. It is written order from the client's side, characterizing searched candidate profile, number of employees needed, scope of duties and other crucial and required  things on the given position.
  • The total recruitment fee is: 200% of the gross monthly salary per employed candidate but not less than 10 000 nett.
    If you are recruiting to other countries (not Poland), we can set also one recruitment fee.
     
  • Candidate's first day employed is considered to be the day of our service accomplishment. It is the base to issue an VAT invoice for the accomplished service (Success fee).

  • In outsourcing model pay rates are every time determined with the client and are dependent on the length of project durance, candidate's experience and technology. Before we start to cooperate we set the wage scales. 

Warranty of service

 

IFIRMA SA's candidate who is accepted and employed by you is covered by         3 months warranty service. It means that if after this period it turns out that the candidate does not decide to continue cooperation with you, we are once obligated to find another candidate on our own cost. The warranty does not cover situation, in which client change requirements concerning position, including salary and conditions of candidate employed without agreement with IFIRMA SA and for that reason employer recruited by IFIRMA SA resigns from the position.
