Structural opening size and curb size.

For Example FRL 2010 = External 1988mm x 988mm. Internal 1862mm x 862mm

Connect the eaves beams together using the corner brackets to ensure the frame is square. Temporarily connect the beams together at the corners using the red cable ties supplied.

Generously apply sealant to the underside perimeter of the eaves beam shown in the position below. Fix the eaves beam square to the top of the timber upstand.

Install the hips and rafters together as per below.

Install the hip and rafter structure to the eaves beam as per below.

Install the glazing retainers onto the bottom of the glazing units ensuring there is approx 15mm glazing overhang each side.

Install the glazing units with the glazing retainers installed onto the lantern structure. Locate to the top edge and rotate into position.

Install the hip lower end caps to the corner of the lantern frames. Adjust the glazing retainers if needed. Rotate the hip lower end cap into position and fix into place using the black plastic fir tree clips.
