What is a Flashing Kit?

Keylite Flashing Kits are the most effective way to ensure a watertight installation for your roof window and have been designed to integrate efficiently with a range of roofing materials.

Keylite Flashing systems can be installed on any sloping roof with a pitch from 10° to 90°. The installation of the kit is made easy following our user friendly instructions and installation videos.

What is a Flashing Kit?

Each Flashing Kit traditionally contains a Bottom Apron, a Top Apron and a set of Side Soakers. Our variety of flashings are individually tailored to suit the choice of roofing material used and ensure optimum performance is achieved.

Recessed Installation

• Flashing for single window installation into interlocking profiled tiles or interlocking plain tiles

Deep Tile Flashing (DTRF)

• Roof Pitch 15°-90°
• Material Profile - Max 90mm
• Flashing for single window installation into flat or profiled interlocking tiles
• Also suitable for interlocking slate
• Suitable for profiled sheeting

Slate Flashing (SRF)

• Roof Pitch 15°-90°
• Material Profile - Max 10mm
• Flashing for single window installation into slate up to 10mm thick

• Site fabricated 5mm upstand to be made from roofing material
• When installing CRF flashings, the structural opening must be +5mm of the roof window width & length instead of the standard 40mm
