Goals

• instantaneous changes to the database/website
• mobile friendly, easy-to-understand and intuitive
• increase in-need donations
• good foundation for future expansions
• increase community awareness of MICA

Challenges

• setting up our workstations
• technical difficulties
• limited experience with agile programming
• cucumber scenarios did not lend itself well to our project
• haml to erb transition

Successes

• viable product ready for production
• follow coding standards to ease transition
• created potential goals and plans for next semester
• learned a lot

Future Development

• increase security
• publicize website
• generalize website to lend itself to other counties
