Inside, make a word doc

Now Share it

Any document put in a folder that you have shared will automatically be shared unless you specify otherwise. 

Select Apps and then people

Username is Firstname

Password is Lastname

(capitalize first letter of both)

 

You will then be emailed and can reset your password from there. 

 

Once you're done, log in.

Pick a Course

Pick a course that you will be writing curriculum for:

Add 3 strands

 

For now, make up whatever you want.

Standards

 

After adding your strands, select one.

 

Now you can add standards to that strand.

 

Add 2 standards.

Objectives

 

The same pattern applies for objectives.

 

Add 2 objectives to a standard.

Editing

 

Now go back and select any strand, standard, or objective.

 

When you hover, you will see the edit icon.

 

 

 

Click it and make changes to one of your Strands, Standards, or Objectives.

Removing

When you click the edit icon, you have the option to remove a strand standard or objective. 

 

When doing so, it will remove all sub-content. It will also remove any standards or objectives that are in units and lessons.

Units

You can create Units by clicking the Plus symbol

Create 3 units, be sure to give them a good description.

You can re-order your units at any time.

Click on strands to open them and then drag and drop standards.

Add standards to one of your units (at least 2)

When you hover over a unit the edit icon appears, from there you can add attachments to units.

If you click the name of the unit, you can see the standards that are in it. For each standard it will also show you which lessons that standard is taught.

Go Back to Word

Select the file menu option

Choose Share

Click Embed

Go Back to Word

Copy  the embed code

Inside a Lesson

Click Script in the top left corner to open up your annotations and scripting.
