We had done editing before as a group, however this take was somewhat harder than usual.
It took a lot longer than we had anticipated and even now looking at it, we believe there is so much we could work on.
I think as a team after we have done our final product and we look back at it, that is when we see all our errors.
Although we can easily, in our own time, re edit the final product to make it just that bit better and continue to improve our work.
How?
We used a popular editing format, Final Cut Pro.
We looked through all our footage and separated them into one category we called 'bloopers' and one we called 'real footage.'
The category we labelled 'real footage' was dragged to Final Cut Pro to begin editing, in which wee cropped and fitted together our footage to make it match the original Breakfast Club as much as possible.
Change
We could have made the scenes fit more smoothly as it didn't fit as well as we hoped therefore making it look careless.
Focus more on the timing we had as we dragged on a little therefore we had to finish off in our own time.
Some sections didn't match the original in terms of sound. We forgot to mute the very beginning therefore making it look slightly different to what we had intended.
