1. Trial CloudFlare to measure HTTP/2 (not much time)
2. Separately explore using Imgix behind CloudFlare (performance and cost savings)

If we don't use CloudFlare's features and it gets more expensive next year, we can jump to MaxCDN or back to CloudFront if they've caught up on HTTP/2
