His official website is designed in such a way that his massive number of fans (global audience) can get all the updates easily. 

If we read the website URL, it is very simple and can easily be guessed by the Justin Bieber fans, who want to get updates about his music (because it contains justin bieber's name and word "music"-which is commonly used after the name of music artists in their website URLs). Puple colour is used too much in this website, because it is Bieber's favourite colour.
