What
Have
I Worked on?

Problem

Lawyers manage truck loads of information...literally.

This information needs to be organized and displayed in a method that allows lawyers and their staff to move quickly and efficiently.

From managing case information to invoicing and knowing trust balances to the penny, small and medium practices often spend days and days trying to stay on top of all their information.

Challenges

  • Large amounts of data that needed to be accessible at all times.
  • The majority of users were technologically deficient.
  • Research suggested timekeeping and financials were the most important aspects to our target user base.

Problem

Hiring is fundamentally broken.

The failure rate of new hires in the first year is 50%. Most commonly this is due to a lack of needed soft skills.

By focusing solely on skills, education and work experience, employers are often missing out on the candidates who have the traits that lead to success in that particular role.

Challenges

  • The UI needed to be simple and intuitive.
  • The process was lengthy and required educational steps.
  • The planned algorithm required different paths based on user's answers.

Problem

The University of Alabama had an image problem.

Their 189 year old brand was being misused by staff and students, tarnishing one of the oldest and most respected legacies in university circles.

Brand asset usage needed to be controlled and approved by appropriate departments.

Challenges

  • Design by committee (tons of stakeholders)
  • An approval process that was based on user role and dept.
  • Users needed to be able to manage hundreds of requests simultaneously
