Unity Care - Provides Caring Connections
Unity Care was founded by André V. Chapman in 1993. Its first house opened in 1993 and was quickly followed by 2 more homes over the next three years. Unity Care seeks to provide affordable, safe, and stable housing options to youth transitioning out of foster care.
