When we talk about tenses we refer to TIME: present, past or future.
TIME expresses
*Past: Before now.
*Present: Now, or any time that includes now.
*Future: After now.
ASPECT can be
*Progressive: Uncompleted action.
*Perfect: Completed action or state.
SIMPLE TENSES don't have any aspect.
*Things we do REGULARLY.
*When you want to talk about actions and permanent states.
*Every day activities!

Subject + Verb + Complement
*Third person singular (She, he and it): we have to add a final -s or -es at the end of the verb.
