Introduction

What is it?

The Keylite Academy is a learning and development programme designed to systematise training for experienced staff as well as new members who join the Keylite team.

The versatility of the programme enables individual learning to be tailored by the user. Personal progress can be tracked using your online dashboard by you and your line manager.

How will it work?

The programme is divided into three stages. Each stage is comprised of a series of modules.
 

The modules may be delivered online or face to face however all are to be completed with an online assessment.

As we continually strive to be the best in the market, ensuring we provide thorough, in-depth training develops fundamental confidence required amongst our workforce.
 

The Keylite Academy is designed to help our employees progress on both a professional and personal level.

Structure

Stage 1

The First Stage encompasses the basics and essentials. From our company overview to ensuring safe working practise. Stage one will combine areas of sales as well as technical training to deliver the range of skills and product knowledge required during an employee's first year at Keylite.

Stage two is designed to build on your knowledge even further. With each module completed, you will explore our product range in greater technical detail uncovering the full breath and depth of Keylite's product offering.

Stage 2

The Third and Final Stage will be the most technically advanced. Stage Three identifies Keylite's most intricate products including how these are tested. To graduate from the Keylite Academy and complete your journey, a visit to our factory in Poland will round off your Keylite experience.

Stage 3

Technical Training

Our USP’s can be recited by anyone, experiencing them makes them far more memorable.

Hands on installation training and product comparisons will help bring our Keylite roof window to life.

Conveying technical material in a variety of engaging ways will gradually build your confidence and prepare you as the stages become progressively advanced.

Sales Training

Internal

As part of stage 1, our sales order processing module will take you through the role of an internal advisor as well as educate you about our common customer queries.

Understanding the role of an Internal Advisor will aid you in providing the best possible customer service. Stage One will guide you through Keylite's internal policies and procedures to ensure any issues are resolved as quickly and efficiently as possible. As a result this will strengthen the relationships we have with our customers by working coherently as a team.

External

Training workshops with sales experts will be held to deliver a variety of skills and techniques to present our products confidently and consistently. Pairing expert sales training with leading technical knowledge will maximise both individual as well as team sales.

Conclusion

For The Keylite Academy to be recognised externally as an accredited expert training programme that focuses on continual development suitable for all levels.
