UK Holiday Entitlement

How many days?
Full-Time colleagues have an annual entitlement of 33 days paid holidays which is inclusive of all statutory bank holidays. Your entitlement will commence on the 1st January and run through until December 31st.
How do I book a holiday?
Holidays should be booked through Keyhub. The request will go to your manager who will then either Approve or Reject the request through Keyhub. You will get an email as soon as the request has been answered.
Christmas
Over the Christmas period The Keystone Group closes from Christmas Eve through to New Year. These days are taken from your annual entitlement as fixed holidays. Depending on how the calendar falls, this will use 4-5 days of your holiday allowance.
Salary Arrangement

Monthly Paid Colleagues
All Full-Time, monthly paid colleagues are paid on the last Thursday of every calendar month. Your accrued salary is paid directly into your bank account or building society.
Banking Alterations
Should your banking details change, you must update them on Keyhub. This can be done by going to ‘My Record’ and then using the drop down menu to go to ‘Bank Details.’ Please ensure your bank details are updated promptly to avoid your salary going into the incorrect account.
Absences

Sick Pay
Our sick pay policy is in accordance with SSP (Statutory Sick Pay) which will take effect after the three days of absence. The first three days of sickness will be unpaid.
Unauthorised Absence
Unauthorized Absences will be subject to disciplinary procedures if you fail to make your line manager aware of your non-attendance. Text messages nor emails are not acceptable forms of communication to report your absence.
Return to Work

Interview
After every absence, a return to work interview will be undertaken by employees with their line manager within 48 hours of returning from their sickness period.
Review
Following a return to work interview, an absence review in consultation with HR will take place. If an employee exceeds 3 occasions of sickness in a 12 month period an absence review will determine further actions where appropriate.
Device Policy

Internet
When a colleague is provided with a computer, mobile phone, or another internet enabled device this is to be used solely for business purposed in connection with The Keystone Group. Any employee using an internet enabled device must have prior management approval to do so.
Email
Misuse of the computer system, email and internet facilities can have serious consequences. All emails can be accessed by your line manager and HR.
Security
Under no circumstances should passwords be shared to allow or gain access to information beyond an employees authorized level. When a device is assigned to an employee they take full responsibility for the condition and security of each item.
Corporate Image
Image Policy
The external appearance of Keystone Group employees must reflect a responsible and professional image at all times. How our employees present themselves has a significant impact on our company. Customer facing colleagues must maintain a smart standard even when the decision to not wear company uniform is made. This decision is at every employees discretion.
PPE
High visibility jackets, safety shoes and protective eyewear are to be worn where appropriate on site. Respecting site instructions is a simple and necessary requirement.
On Site
As well as the presence of our colleagues, the appearance of our car parks and offices also plays an important part in portraying the correct corporate image. Our reverse parking policy ensures uniformity as well as increased safety to guarantee quick and easy exit offsite.
