Flashing Kits
Keylite Flashing Kits are the most efficient and effective way of ensuring watertight installations for your roof windows.
The installer friendly instructions guarantee easy first time fitting. The unique bottom apron design not only improves the overall aesthetic finish but also allows for easy installation.
We offer a range of flashings to suit any roofing tile as well as specialised kits for divergent materials.
Tile (TRF)
- Roof Pitch 20°- 90°
- Flashing for single window installation into interlocking profiled tiles or interlocking plain tiles
Slate (SRF)
- Roof Pitch 15°- 90°
- Flashing for single window installation into slate up to 10mm thick
Not to be used with an interlocking tile
Deep Tile (DTRF)
- Roof Pitch 15°- 90°
- Flashing for single window installation into flat or profiled interlocking tiles
Plain Tile (PTRF)
- Roof Pitch 25°- 90°
- Flashing for single window installation into plain tiles
Not to be used with an interlocking tile
Also suitable for interlocking slate and profiled sheeting

Window Systems
Vertical Bi-Lite System (VBL)
Vertical Bi-Lite systems are installed as two separate components.
The vertical element can be supplied in Single, Double or Triple configurations. The pitched roof element is supplied and installed the same as any standard roof window.
Bottom Vertical Windows are available as:
- 600mm Tilt Only
- 950mm Tilt Only or Tilt & Turn
Compatible with either Centre Pivot or Top Hung Roof Windows.
Dormer Apex (DRX)
This system opens up the opportunity for a unique fresh air experience. Available in configurations of four or six windows.
The system is provided with:
- Fully insulated Keylite Dormer frame work
- All associated flashing components
- Colour matched internal decorative trims
Roof windows must be specified separately for the complete system.
Ridge Window System (RG)
Ridge Roof Windows can be installed along the roof ridge to maximise light and space at the highest point of the pitched ceiling.
The system refers to the specialised flashing used to install the windows along the roof ridge. Roof Windows are not included and must be specified separately.
Flat Roof System (FRS)
The Flat Roof System provides all the benefits of natural ventilation and daylight.
The standard system includes:
- An insulated timber upstand

FRS Flashings to integrate the window onto the timber upstand.
Roof windows to be specified and supplied separately.
Flat Roof Apex (FRX)
Keylite’s Flat Roof Apex System creates a sophisticated, atrium style roof window, capable of adding function and style to living spaces under flat roofs. Available in Single, Double or Triple arrangements.
The Complete Apex system includes:
- Fully insulated timber up stand.
- All associated Flat Roof Apex System flashings required.
Roof windows to be specified and supplied separately.
Roof Lantern (FRL)
The Keylite Roof Lantern creates the ultimate daylighting experience creating vibrant living spaces. Flat Roof Lanterns are available in six standard sizes.
The system is supplied as a complete kit including the energy efficient glazing and all necessary framework.
Electrics
Standard Electric Kit (SEK)
Our standard electric kits are pre-fitted with a window actuator which is linked to a wall-mounted transformer switch.
An SEK has the ability to wire up to two roof windows/blinds to a single switch. More than two windows will require additional transformer switches.
Premium Electric Kit (PEK)
Our Premium electric kits are pre-fitted with an ECU which is linked to a digital remote control and an external rain sensor.
A PEK has the ability to automatically close your roof window in the event of rain as well as operate multiple windows and blinds with a single hand held remote.
Solar Powered Electric Kit (SPEK)
Our Premium electric kits are pre-fitted with an ECU which is linked to a digital remote control and an external rain sensor.
A PEK has the ability to automatically close your roof window in the event of rain as well as operate multiple windows and blinds with a single hand held remote.

Keylite Blinds
Blackout & Dimout
Keylite blinds can be used across a diverse range of interiors, whether it’s a living room, a bedroom, bathroom or home gym, our range of colours and materials can bring together any room.
All our colours are available as blackout blinds and select colours can be supplied in dimout or moisture resistant fabrics. Our blinds can be designed to operate manually, electrically or powered by solar energy.

Awning Blinds
This external blind is a simple but effective solution to reduce excessive heat gain caused by direct sunlight on the glass. It is manufactured from weather resistant fabric and can be easily installed from inside the room.
Roller Shutter
This external roller shutter is electrically powered offering protection from extreme weathers and increased security. In the summer these blinds can reduce heat gain by 95% & in the winter protect against heat loss.
Secondary Products
Sunlite System (SLRS/SLFS)
A Keylite Sunlite transports natural daylight into areas where conventional roof windows cannot be used. The highly reflective light tube enables daylight to travel from the roof to an interior space deprived of natural light.
Available as a pitched or flat roof system with the option of a flexible or rigid tubular structure.
Flat Roof Dome (FRD)
Flat Roof Domes are thermoformed with a triple skin construction. Polycarbonate is virtually unbreakable, with an impact strength 250 greater than glass.

Flat Roof Smoke Vent Domes (FRD-AOV)
Keylite Flat Roof Smoke Ventilators are electrically operated smoke vents designed to allow the release of smoke from buildings in the event of a fire.
- Opens to 160 degrees in 60 seconds
- Includes control panels, detectors and manual control points
- Actuator can be off set for access purposes
- 300mm PVC upstand
- Available in clear and frosted glazing
Flat Glass Rooflight (FRG)
With its anthracite grey frame and double glazed finish, the Keylite Flat Glass Rooflight provides a contemporary alternative to polycarbonate flat roof products.
The Keylite Flat Glass Rooflight is available in fixed shut, manual and electric opening options with a toughened outer pane for maximum durability.
- Additional upstand required for roof pitches below 5°
- Insulated 150mm PVC upstand for enhanced thermal performance
