Team Overview

The Technical Specification team is made up of a small group of roof window aficionados, who are responsible for providing fast and accurate quotations across the UK and Ireland. It doesn’t matter whether you’re an architect, merchant, end user or group staff member, our team are ready to help and have the knowledge and expertise to determine, and specify, the correct product to suit your window needs. 

As stated in the team overview, the technical specifications team is responsible for all Keylite quotes, sent directly into the Keylite technical, info and sales inboxes, across the whole of the UK and Ireland. Because the Keylite technical specifications team is a very small team we are all involved in all aspects of specification and quotation across all territories. This means that all team members have to possess a great deal of product knowledge and have a good understanding of all operating procedures. Because of the size of the team, once a job has been assigned to a specific member of the team that team member is solely responsible for the enquiry from start to finish.

The teams key responsibilities are to ensure that all quotes are specified and returned to the customer, whether that be a merchant, builder, architect or end user, in a timely and accurate manor.  We are currently working on a 48 hour turnaround time, with well over 80% of quotes returned within this time scale, in fact over 60% of quotation requests received are specified and returned within 24 hours, and all quotes are being returned with a accuracy rating, based on the number of credits received, of 99.5%
