Done at campus level for maintenance and efficiency sake

Master list is only tracking document- hugely important to be referencing with meaning

Messaging

All levels of staff must have the same messaging to students regarding technology:

  • building an eye for noting misbehaviors
  • reacting immediately to concerns
  • conversations of use to build data

Campus Norms

  • Loaners given when there is a loss of student learning
  • All staff respond to misbehaviors in the moment
  • Computers are organized with labels, in their assigned locations across campus
    • When you need a device, it should be easily found
  • Damaged devices are held in central location for response by Rachel
