- Tim Ferriss

basic principles

  1. Avoid white carbs  (and starches- I'm looking at you, potatoes! You too, yams!)
  2. Eat the same few meals over and over again (you already do)
  3. Don't drink calories
  4. Don't eat fruit
  5. Take one day off per week (AKA Junk Day!)

additional tips

  • 30 in 30
    • 30 grams of protein within 30 minutes of waking up
  • water, water everywhere!
  • What's exercise got to do with it? (HIT the weights)
  • Go organic or at least free range and nitrite/nitrate free

  • An orange in the evening is ok by Tim, too (so is a glass of red wine).
  • Calorie free drinks like diet soda is ok- Tim limits to 16 oz. per day.
