• What APIs do they need integrated?

• Training

• Are you going to be jumping into someone else's code?
• Will you be able to recycle some of your own code from previous projects?

Take those hours and calculate them by an hourly rate

• If you have a full-time job, take your hourly rate and double it

• If you don't I would consider the following:
