The Cycle of Radicalization

Struggles and identity quest are a natural

part of any person growing up.

Yet, migrant youth can experience anĀ  additional struggle through marginalization.

Disillusionment and despair

can lead to avoidance of society.

Deepening isolation can

increase grievances about society.

Extremist ideology can attack young minds and portray terror as a "worthy fight" to win identity and significance.

Marginalized youth can get radicalized,

waist their own lives and hurt innocent people.
