We live in a time of profound disruption,
which is shaped by three major divides.
The Disconnect of Self from Nature shapes the Ecological Divide
with unprecedented levels of Destruction and Loss of Nature.

Divide
This divide can be summed up by the number: 1.5
Currently our world economy uses the resources of 1.5 planets.
(Note: in the US the consumption rate has surpassed five planets)
The Disconnect of Self from Other shapes the Social Divide
with obscene levels of Inequality and Loss of Social Connection.
The
Social
Divide
This divide can be summed up by the number: 8
Currently 8 billionaires own more than half of human mankind.
(Note: that is 8 individuals compared to 3,855,000,000 people)
The Disconnect of Self from Self shapes the Psychological Divide
with drastically increasing levels of Burnout and Loss of Meaning.
This divide can be summed up by the number: 800K
Sadly, every year more than 800,000 individuals die by suicide.
(Note: these distressing figures are even higher than those of people killed by war)
