Who am I? (It’s relevant)

Dvir, 27, software developer for the last decade, currently working with Kaltura.

Digital nomad for the last year and half.

12 month with We Roam (organised group traveling for digital nomads), 6 month independent traveling with friends.

What is group traveling for digital nomads?

As a solo digital nomad, the hardest thing is the loneliness abroad while you travel, not having community and ‘safe net’.

Forming social circle in each place from scratch.

Finding apartment with reliable wifi and in good location.

Group traveling companies as ‘Remote Year’, ‘We Roam’, ‘Hacker Paradise’, ‘Roam’ and more, charge monthly rate of ~2k$-2.5$

and handling your logistics of apartment, coworking space. But the most valuable thing they provide is the community.

They usually match few people in each apartment, putting people in a decent (not great) apartments and going to cities not in pick season to cut costs.

Why?

Cost, community, flexibility, better housing, better location.

How?

3 apartments, 3 people in each. total of 9 people community (can scale by demand), traveling to 3 different destinations.

There will be filtering of people with a video interview.

The person will pay but won’y get charged until all apartment is full for the three month. Once all 3 people (one apartment in each destination)) will pay, the charge will be done and the apartment will be booked and confirmed.
