Is the on-premise offering from APIGee. Your proxying is configured via their UI. Its then downloaded and then ran in your / clients network.

Due to bugs associated with the free tier, we were unable to further dive into the on premise solution

Conclusions

• Complexity is exceedingly high
• Security imposed by apigee is crushing
• Most features could be easily built in house
