OUR STORY

Celebrating 22 years of service.

Representative Student Organizations serve many purposes.

As a member of Student Government:

Vote on policy issues during governance group meetings.

Vote on funding requests clubs bring to Finance Committee.

Handle relevant, assigned PawPrints and Charges.

Review Election bylaws and promote civic engagement.

Advocate for constituency in the public space.

Educate broader community about constituency issues.

OUR STORY

Celebrating 22 years of service.

We attend meetings and vote on policy decisions brought to the floor for Senate, Governance, Elections, Finance, and University Council.

If you want something to change on campus, an RSO is another resource for you to utilize. We can ask Student Government to review PawPrints underneath the response threshold.

Sometimes, RSOs even meet with the Board of Trustees.

OUR STORY

Celebrating 22 years of service.

Representative Student Organizations serve many purposes.

As an 'umbrella' organization:

Approve and fulfill funding requests for affiliate organizations.

Market and promote on behalf of affiliates.

Host community events for our affiliates.

Provide professional opportunities for affiliate student leaders.

RSOs don't tell you how to run your organizations!
We are not the administration; we are intermediaries.
