How to quickly build your website?

So we need:

• HTML website project
• a server which allow us deploy project
• (option) a database to record our dynamic data

1st Website template

the easiest method is: search a website template and rewrite.

my recommended list:

• HTML5-UP
• new bootstrap template

if you want to a beautiful, animatedly, designed template: codrops

the website awards: awwards

some simple & free host service
