What is a DigiPak 

A type of packaging for CDs or DVDs, typically made from cardboard with an internal plastic holder for one or more discs.

Strengths 

The group have followed the theme of including greenery in the background, as the music video is fairly tranquil the nature element suits the song. Furthermore the artists costume relates to the genre they are representing, by wearing a chequered shirt which is frequently seen throughout the genre.

Also the text is well positioned next to the artists face on the digipak as well as bold white font, the audience can easily distinguish the artists name which is important. Moreover props are significant in building the artists identity, the guitar was featured in the music video and subsequently the digipak, it is a key prop that the audience will think of the artist. 

Strengths

(Inside Panel) 

The inside panel simply replicates a similar picture from the front of the digipak, except the artist is not included in the background photo but the guitar is placed in the photo as the audience may remember the artist through the guitar 

STRENGTHS

The advertisement contains all the required information, from the record label and production company to the artists website. Furthermore the text has been arranged clearly for the audience to read, also the inside panel photo in the digipak has been used for the advertisement, in essence their are many elements taken from the dipipak allowing us to associate the advert with the digipak.

Weaknesses 

The only weakness I could detect is the lack of ICT used to design the Digipak, they have not been adventerous with the Photoshop, essentially they have selected a photo from their photo shoot and fitted it onto the digipak. Although the text has been modified with a glow effect, the front of the digipak is simple without much effects.
