The MIOS platform (Main Integrated Optimized System is an ERP, it has been created with the purpose of centralizing the functionalities of the operation. Such functionalities are associated with the control and compliance of work shifts and break times.

 The MIOS platform (Main Integrated Optimized System) is an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planner) on Demand that integrates key functions, streamlines operations and provides information in real time and in a secure way for decision making.

How do we do it?

  • The user logs in our Service Management Tool, creates the case according to the incident or requirement. The Self Service analyst of the Service Desk validates the case, assigns it or scales it according to its complexity or location. In this way, the user does not deal with contacting the group in charge of solving the case.

 

  • We have 2 levels of care which allows us to attend 80% of cases remotely. This has allowed us to minimize management times and improve efficiency of service.

 

  • If the management of the case requires attention from Level 2, it is escalated to the respective group, obtaining the documentation of the performed activities. In this way, all our users will have an updated case progress. No direct communication with the area is needed, only through our management tool.

 

  • We have a user management specialized group focused on compliance with Information Security policies, which has allowed us to have reliability and integrity
     
  • We have a planning and executing special tasks group that is oriented to the deployment of end-user machines. For this reason, we have achieved the expansion of our operations and the implementation of new work groups in short time
     
  • The service we offer in support covers all projects, activities and events that may be presented day by day, so no additional staff is required to meet the objectives

We manage and guarantee all the company's electrical infrastructure to ensure the core of the business and electrical continuity, through the following items:

  • UPS DataCenter: Ensure electrical continuity of devices.
  • Centralized UPS: Ensure electrical continuity at headquarters and operations.
  • Generator sets: (Electric Plant) Emergency system in case of power outage in the commercial electrical network.

We perform the electrical infrastructure load projection, to also ensure the stability of the company or the different headquarters.
We also maintain the availability and project the execution of the maintenances that are required for the operation.

Through the following items, we manage DataCenter by ensuring its functionality on computers that are hosted:

  • Air Conditioners: devices temperature control.
  • Ups DataCenter: Ensure electrical continuity of devices.
  • Biometric Access: Ensure the entry of only authorized personnel.

We work in Microsoft environment and our services are in Windows Server.

We detect and analyze all sources of information, identifying forms of extraction, volume and consolidation.

We store and organize the data identified in DataLakes with simple structures that allow consultation, transformation and consumption processes in shorter times.

We preprocess and validate the quality of the data through the implementation of DataQuality processes, this will allow us to understand the application of restructuring models, knowledge of variables and behavior of the DataSets.

We carry out advanced DataScience and Business Intelligence processes focused on descriptive, predictive and prescriptive analytics (Machine Learning and Deep Learning), achieving a current, future and scalable vision according to the scenarios proposed and that are the objective of research within the business scope.

We carry out the exploitation or presentation of data through the use of interactive visualization tools, adaptive developments or integrated solutions.
