WARM UP
By Warm up I refer not only to the specifically vocal work but also to all those exercises that allow us to build up an appropiate atmosphere to deal with songs. In this way, there might be exercises related to the speaking voice, singing voice, body movement and social bonding.

DALCROZE´S PHRASE
The corporal mechanism is nothing if it´s not at the service of sensistive excercise. The study of how rhythms are translated into movement necessarily leads to the development of sensitivity.
In addition, sensitivity is directly related to sensation. Being musically sensitive is knowing how to discern not only the nuances of pitch, but also those of dynamic energy and of movement´s higer or lower speed. These nuances are noticied not only by the ear, but also by the muscular sense.
