Intentional Speaking

The Power of communicating with Awareness

Dialogues that are constructive

are shaped by Intentional Speaking.

Yet, Intentional Speaking does not happen by itself.

It is a skill that can be learned.

Intentional Speaking needs your AWARENESS:

Sometimes we speak mindlessly.

Sometimes we unknowingly avoid the real issues.

Sometimes our body language contradicts our words.

Sometimes we hurt others without realising.

Intentional Speaking needs our COURAGE to:

Risk lowering our guard.

See the validity of other people’s basic needs.

Speak our truth with consideration.

Intentional Speaking needs PRACTICE:

Speak from your personal experience.

Remember that you cannot know everything.

Respect and value other viewpoints.

Welcome other views to widen your perspective.

REMEMBER:

Your words create realities.

You can choose to practice building bridges.
