* Rioting and looting and other civil unrest happened same time in both physical  and cyber space. Everything was well organized and prepared (similar to military||&& Intelligence)

Unknown:

* Was the overall purpose just resignation of one government, or was it coverup for something bigger.

Conjecture:

* It was message the world powers that Russia could act at their will, at any time not only in physical but also in cyber space. So targeting whoever they like, not just tiny neighbours.
