Making a webex meeting is as easy as @webex
In rooms that have Cisco set up (1210, 1209), having a meeting set up and waiting for you to start is easy.
On Outlook
How does it know??
- our IT people are wizards
- it will automatically schedule a meeting with the webex of the person who sent the invite
Just press the green button
If you want to record.....
Say you're not the host on cisco, and start a meeting on your laptop to record.
You can either share your screen over webex, or with HDMI cable
Unless you're using a 13" macbook......
