EUROPEAN SOLIDARITY CENTRE
In no other museum do a heavy STAR truck and a shipyard gantry serve as an exhibit. In no other building are there trees growing inside and no other library has mezzanines and planks. Intriguing? There’s not time to waste, you have to get inside and feel the Solidarity.
WORLD WAR II MUSEUM
2,500 exhibits, 240 multimedia stations, 6 stories underground, and 8 above ground. World War II Museum in Gdańsk, opened in March, 2017, is one of the most comprehensive exhibitions in the world on the greatest tragedy that struck humanity in the 20th century.
The museum is the largest history museum in Poland. Its creation and construction took several years, but today citizens of Gdańsk can proudly say that the building’s characteristic leaning tower has gracefully merged into the city’s landscape.
GDAŃSK SHAKESPEARE THEATER
The out-of-the-box building that resembles a casket - Gdańsk Shakespeare Theater is not to be ignored. Opened September 19, 2014 it is the only theater building with a retractable roof, which allows for performing in natural sunlight, just like the Renaissance era.
There is no time to waste, enter the world of the Arts that this theater creates and witness the cultural face of Poland, Europe and the world.

The most popular Polish seaside resort, founded between the forests sprawling on the moraine hills running to the shore, and the sandy
beaches of the Bay of Gdańsk.
The longest (511 m) wooden pier
of the Baltic is the most important city sight. This is a favourite meeting place of locals, and a must-see for every tourist during their stay.

Apart from the natural recources Pomorskie gives a chance to move into the medieval times and travel along Teutonic castles just straight ahead into the largest gothic brick castle in Europe – Malbork.
The castle is on the list of UNESCO’s World Heritage Sites. It is an obligatory and topmost position on the tourism trail in the Pomeranian Region.

You will find significantly more gothic castles in the Pomerania – there are as many as 7 , the distance between each of them measures barely several dozen kilometers since the Teutonic Knights built their castles in such a way that a ride on horseback from one castle to another did not take more than a single day’s ride.
