Course Grading
- Active participation
- Field notebook submission
- Discussion/review of mapping assignment (group review)
- Quiz based on the mandatory literature

Active participation includes (among others):
- being on time for the field sessions
- being responsible (for yourself, others, environment)
- taking initiative (with the tasks, supporting the running/organization of the field camp)
- completing tasks provided by the instructor
- paying special attention to health and safety (listen to your instructor/instructions)

Health & Safety
- BE CAREFUL at all times
- Whatsapp Group for quick communication
- Listen to your instructors
- Inform your instructors of prior / current serious medical conditions
- Provide your emergency contacts to the instructor
- Independent field work only in pairs or groups of three
- Difficult terrain, weather conditions, physical fitness
- Dress appropriately
- Act responsibly
