Requirements and use cases for the AAS engineering/standalone mode

Requirements

• Run an engineering GUI for a single beamline which allows the user to:
  • Control and display data from any subsystem "owned" by the ABTC + MOB light source
  • Allow manual or semi-automated alignment of the beamline where consistent with no access to components owned by the ISS
  • Save data from tests in some convenient format for later analysis
• Perform the above actions independent of the state of the "true" ISS (observing/shutdown mode/no ISS running)
