Is there anything we are doing that resembles, in any shape or form, to-dos on our list?

• Make a list of activities & talk about their impact
• Be unforgiving

2. Go down your list and ask:

How am I and how are we going to stop it? What is your first move?

• Be as concrete as you can
• Identify who else is needed to stop the activity
• Start alone (1 min)
• Then in pairs (2 min)
• Then groups of 4 (4 min)
• Share one idea that stood out

3. Compile the list of what needs to be stopped. Take 1 item at a time and ask:
