WebXR Berlin 2018/5: Let's look at WebXR!

By Robert Karpinski

WebXR Berlin 2018/5: Let's look at WebXR!

Since our first beginner workshop, WebXR got more and more attention. Let’s take a look at existing browser-based projects by Mozilla and others. We are happy to welcome the Berlin-based company Vragments who will give a presentation on their projects. If you’d like to explore, come and use our Rift and some GearVR’s and if you have your own, bring it! We just need a browser ;) As second part we want to discuss interesting approaches how an open metaverse may be built and which topics we want to explore in coming events. We welcome beginners and experts at our meetup. That's why we follow and support the Berlin Code of Conduct: http://berlincodeofconduct.org/ We thank Mozilla for their support and providing us internet and drinks. Schedule - 19:00 Welcome Intro - 19:15 WebXR Projects and Demos - 20:00 Discussion about current development + next desired topics and workshops 21.05. 2018 – 19:00 Mozilla Schlesische Straße 27 (3rd floor, CommunityRoom) , 10997 Berlin By Stefanie Doll & Michael Kohler & Robert Karpinski
