What have you learnt about technologies from the process of constructing this product?
Which technologies have you used?
Through the year I have used different technology during media. The most important technology that we used was Blogger. Blogger is very good because you are able to keep all of your work in one place and you are able to share it to other websites. We used blogger to upload our videos,gifs,prezi's and slideshows. I used prezi to create my presentation for my review on Sydney White. We used Slideshare to create our pitch presentation. We created an animatic storyboard using Final Cut Pro. I used gifs when I completed the write up of The Bling Ring. We also used timetoast to create a schedule of a typical title sequence in a teen film.

Explain how you have used technologies in the production stages to construct your film opening?
The most important programme that we used was Final Cut Pro on the iMac's. We used this programme for editing our film,We also used Motion to create the ident's for our production and distribution companies. When searching for music for our own film we searched on Soundcloud and then on Youtube. When we found the two songs that we wanted we then downloaded them from Youtube and converted them so that we were able to use them in Final Cut Pro.
How useful was it to use these technologies?
When we first started editing our film we had to do some research about how to use Final Cut Pro and we done research by watching Youtube tutorials. About we had watched a couple tutorials we started to understand how to use Final Cut Pro. I found this programme very useful because it was a very simple and quick way for us to edit our film. The programme that I found very useless for us was Soundcloud because we could not find any music that suited our film and when we did the actual song was from a music creator who's real account was on Youtube. So we then ended up using two of the songs from Thesecession's Youtube account.
