Python data extraction
- National Grid - embedded wind and solar generation - to 7 days
- Elexon - transmission system wind generation to 2 days
- Elexon - 1 day hourly demand, 7 days peak demand
- Peak demand and previous weeks demand used to project hourly demand
- Therefore 2 days of hourly low carbon generation and electricity demand
- Web interface
- Translates the above data to a message which is easily understood by user
- In this case "Should I bake"
- Simple yes no message
- Greater sophistication and other uses possible
Brief Description

Future Iterations
- Simulate transmission generation to extend timescale
- using proof of concept model
- More sophisticated message
- e.g. tiered scheduling
- Auto scheduling via smart home
- Add other generation
- e.g. biomass, Hydro, Nuclear?
- European power?
- Advertising
- Commercial power scheduling
